The FZX Pump and Shear Blender are an innovative pairing that “pull and blend” material to capably process even highly viscous liquid. The self-priming FZX series pump creates a constant vacuum under its hopper that pulls both powder and liquid into the fluid stream. Blending occurs as the mixture passes through the pump. Once the premix is pumped into the FS Shear Blender, a combination of rotating and stationary teeth creates a highly turbulent fluid motion and disperse agglomerated solids, producing a thorough, well-blended mix in minimal time.
